Cancellation for Renters
Free Cancellation Window
Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip start time and receive a full refund — no questions asked.
Late Cancellation (within 24 hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total. The exact fee depends on the host's cancellation policy and how close to the start time the cancellation occurs.
No-Show
If you do not show up for your rental and have not cancelled, you will be charged the full booking amount. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Cancellation by Hosts
If a host cancels a confirmed booking:
- The renter receives a full refund
- The host's calendar is blocked for those dates
- Repeated host cancellations may result in penalties, including removal from the Platform
Extenuating Circumstances
We may waive cancellation fees in cases of: severe weather events (hurricanes, tropical storms), natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, serious illness or injury with documentation, or vehicle mechanical issues that make the car unsafe. Each case is reviewed individually by our support team.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
